About the Author

Joseph C. Moorman is the sole author of this blog since creation in December 2011 (also using the alias TI-89 Titanium then reverting to his real name). He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX, USA. He is from Miamisburg, OH and was originally at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.

All material on this blog is for educational or entertainment purposes only. To be extremely clear, I offer a handful of declarations regarding the content of this blog. I don't speak legalese, so they will probably be a bit informal.

  • No writing associated with this blog will ever be monetized or copyrighted by me. Ever. If I want to make more money, I will do it elsewhere.
  • It is very rare that I produce images that I even intend to make my own property; if you see the Barn-megaparsec logo appearing on the image, I have attempted to remind you where it came from, but I don't care if you remove the logo. All images that I create for this blog are for the public domain in perpetuity, with no attribution requested or sought.
  • I write on topics that I think are original and with only my own writing, sometimes providing references for historical or technical facts. However, I have not exhaustively searched the internet to ensure that all of my topics are original.
    • If you believe that certain facts need to be checked, please inform the author. Challenged facts may be removed or corrected.
    • When I use outside images, I seek only stock images. When I am aware that I have unfree content, I provide attributions.
    • If you believe that Barn-megaparsec has used your image or site content without appropriate attribution that is called for, please inform the author of your concern.

    1. Those are very broad topics. Do you have in mind anything more manageable?

    2. Hi, how about you write about your thoughts on bioengineering? In particular, biotechnology which is used for genetic alterations, and the underlying theme of morality that ensues from such a topic?
